Release Limiting Beliefs

Write a belief you’re ready to let go of. You can add several.

Deep Release Exercise

Move through these steps at your own pace. You can pause and breathe whenever you need.

1. Acknowledge the beliefs.

Look at the clouds you’ve created. Each one holds a belief that has been living in your mind.

Silently name them: “This is a belief I’ve been carrying.”

2. Notice your body.

As you think about these beliefs, notice where you feel them in your body—chest, stomach, throat, jaw.

You don’t need to change anything. Just notice.

3. Explore where they came from.

Ask yourself: “When did I first learn to think this way about myself?”

Was it from a person, an experience, a pattern? You don’t have to get it perfect—just sense it.

4. See how they tried to protect you.

Many limiting beliefs began as protection. They tried to keep you safe from rejection, shame, or failure.

Notice how these beliefs may have been trying to help, even if they now hold you back.

5. Ask if they still serve you.

Gently ask: “Is this belief true for who I am today?”

“Is it helping me grow, or keeping me small?”

6. Prepare to release with compassion.

You might say: “Thank you for trying to protect me. I don’t need you in this form anymore.”

When you’re ready, you’ll release each cloud one by one.

Build New Supporting Beliefs

Now that you’ve released the old beliefs, choose new ones that support who you’re becoming.

Each block is a piece of the foundation you’re choosing. You can return to these words whenever you need.
