Having coached within a high‑pressure public service organisation, I understand the realities of responsibility, accountability, and the quiet weight people carry at every level. Coaching with me is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. You can think out loud, explore honestly, and reconnect with what matters to you. 

People come to coaching with me when they’re navigating moments of change, uncertainty, or growth (see Who I Help). Whatever you’re facing, coaching can help you clarify what you want, understand what’s getting in the way, and uncover the skills, tactics, and approaches that genuinely work for you. 

My role isn’t to tell you who to be or hand you off‑the‑shelf strategies. Those rarely create lasting change. Instead, I support you to build your own strategies grounded in your values, your strengths, and your lived reality. You are the expert in your own life, and my coaching will always respect that. I won’t give advice from my world; I’ll help you understand yours more deeply so you can move forward with confidence and intention. 

Coaching with me is about unlocking your own key values, strengths, voice, direction, and sense of self. It becomes a catalyst, not a crutch: a space where you rediscover what’s possible for you.

How I Coach

My coaching style is focused entirely on supporting you to excel in a way that feels true to you. Meaningful, lasting change only happens when you can speak unfiltered and I listen unfiltered. That means I don’t interpret your world through my lens or push you toward my solutions. Everything centres around your experience, your choices, and your direction within your context.  

People I’ve coached often say they feel safe, supported, and free to explore whatever they need yet challenged to follow their goals and that they appreciate the lightness and humour I bring when it helps. With me, you are the expert. I bring curiosity, presence, and a commitment to understanding your world as you experience it so I can help you explore your possibilities. 

Sometimes we may look back if a limiting belief or unhelpful pattern emerges, but only ever to help you move forward. I’ll share observations or reflections when they may support your progress, and it will always be your choice how to use them. 

I welcome feedback and will adjust to your needs and always be honest if I think those are beyond my limits and support you on how else you would like to move forward, with or without me. 

Together, we explore whatever you bring with the depth and breadth needed to help you move toward your desired outcome — at your pace, in your way. 

I work with people from all backgrounds and identities, and I honour the complexity each person brings.  

I don’t arrive with the keys to your life. I help you find, strengthen, and use your own keys — unlocking clarity, confidence, and possibility in a way that is genuinely yours. 


What You Can Expect From Me

I won’t make unrealistic promises or guarantee transformation in a set number of sessions. Some people experience sudden realisations, but for most, insight deepens and strengthens over time. Coaching is a partnership, and meaningful change comes from what you do with the space we create together — both in and between sessions.  

What I will offer:

  • Attentive listening—to what’s said and what’s unsaid

  • A clear, intentional ending when the work is complete 

  • No gimmicks, no pressure, no sales funnels

What I won’t do: 

  • Work outside my expertise (I’m not a counsellor or mental health professional) 

  • Use cookie‑cutter coaching models 

  • Create dependency  

  • Make unrealistic promises/ guarantees e.g. ‘increase your revenue by x50% in just 6 months’. I’m not a fortune teller and you’re not a simple maths equation that you need me to help you solve.

  • Bombard you with sales emails
