Having coached within a high‑pressure public service organisation, I understand the realities of responsibility, accountability, and the quiet weight people carry at every level. Coaching with me is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. You can arrive exactly as you are, thoughtful, overwhelmed, curious, uncertain, hopeful, and we work from there.

You can complete the programme in two formats:
12‑Week Steady‑Pace Programme (60‑minute sessions)
A spacious, reflective journey with time to integrate between sessions.
6‑Week Intensive Programme (90‑minute sessions)
A focused, momentum‑building journey that combines elements of the programme into longer sessions while maintaining the same depth and outcomes.
Both formats include the same tools, the same phases, and the same transformation — delivered at the pace that suits you best.
